Change your order
If you wish to change your order, please contact Ecco Lighting immediately by calling +61 03 94646642. We can only guarantee changes ( including to the delivery address and card message) made at least 24 hours before dispatch. Please note that once the order has been prepared and/or are with our courier for delivery, no changes can be accepted
Cancelling you order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Ecco Lighting immediately by calling +61 03 94646642. Ordered can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Please note that once the order has been prepared and/or are with our courier for delivery, orders cannot be cancelled
DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched form our Melbourne warehouse with 48 hours after the order has been placed. Our Couriers deliver between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday-Friday. Our Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays
EXCHANGE or RETURNS
When you receive your goods we ask that you unpack all stock and report any faulty items with in 2 days(48hours). A written confirmation of the following information- Code(item number) , price, colour, quanity, and the fault details- is required by email. Pls send the email to “sales@eccolighting.net.au”
PRIVACY POLICY
The information that Ecco Lighting gathers from electronic business will not be disclosed to any other party/organization, unless it is required to assist with fulfiment of your order
PAYMENT
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST. Payment is secure and is made through PayPal using MasterCard or Visa.
Please note that you DO NOT NEED a PayPal account to use this service. Although if you have an account you can also use that to make payment. Paypal also allows you to pay using your local currency.
